BUT...Water Warriors Swim School is growing, and we know that finding the RIGHT people is far more important than simply filling a position.
So, we’re putting the feelers out!
We’d LOVE to hear from qualified swimming teachers who might be interested in becoming part of the Water Warriors family, either now or as opportunities become available.💙
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone who is:

🌟 Fun, energetic and enthusiastic
🌟 Warm, nurturing and brilliant with people
🌟 Passionate about teaching water safety AND swimming
🌟 Flexible and happy to be part of a close knit team
🌟 Patient, encouraging and able to help swimmers build genuine confidence
🌟 Someone who believes swimming lessons should be safe, supportive AND fun!

YOU MUST HAVE:
ASA / Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
A valid NRASTC qualification
Appropriate safeguarding requirements/checks
Level 3 would be AMAZING, but it is absolutely not essential to start with.
At Water Warriors, we teach everyone from babies and toddlers through to children, teenagers and adults.
We also work with nervous swimmers and people who may need a little more patience, understanding and encouragement.
For us, this isn't about standing poolside and simply teaching strokes.It’s about knowing your swimmers.
Celebrating the little wins.
Helping someone conquer a fear.
Making lessons fun.
Teaching skills that could one day save a life.
And becoming part of the Water Warriors family. 💙

We’re interested in hearing from teachers looking for different working arrangements, including regular teaching hours, flexible/cover work and opportunities that may grow as Water Warriors grows.
There may not be a lane with your name on it TODAY...…but there could be one very soon.
