Our swimming lessons operate on an automatic renewal basis. This means that unless you notify us otherwise, your swimmer's place will be automatically renewed for the next term.

If you wish to cancel your place, you must provide written notice at least 3 weeks prior to the end of the current term. Written notice must be provided via email.

Failure to provide the required 3-week written notice will result in a £25 administrative fee, which will be charged to the account holder.

If a lesson is cancelled due to our pool hire supplier being unable to provide the facility, we will offer alternative option(s) for a catch-up class at no extra cost. If you are unable to attend the available catch-up options, no further alternatives will be provided.

If Water Warriors cancel due to no teacher being available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative option(s) for a catch-up class at no extra cost. If you are unable to attend the available catch-up options, no further alternatives will be provided.

Water Warriors does not offer refunds for cancelled lessons. Catch-up options will be provided as per the above conditions.
