From water confidence to basic swimming techniques, our classes are structured to develop essential swimming skills tailored to each age group. Benefits of Early Swimming: Swimming helps in the development of motor skills, coordination, and balance. Early swimming lessons build confidence and reduce the fear of water. Housekeeping at Pools

All of our swimming venues are privately hired, and we kindly ask that all swimmers and accompanying adults respect the facilities at all times. No eating or drinking is permitted on poolside or in the changing rooms. At private home venues, please stick to designated pathways and avoid walking on grass or entering any areas that are part of the homeowner’s private space. Do not leave nappies, rubbish, or personal items behind. Please take everything with you when you leave. We are grateful to be able to use these venues and want to continue doing so. Respect for the space and staff is essential—your cooperation helps us maintain these valued partnerships. CHANGING ROOMS ETIQUETTE please be considerate when using the changing facilities at our venues. Please respect others’ privacy by vacating the changing rooms promptly once you're ready to enter the pool or after your session has finished. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times and reminded not to open cubicle doors or disturb others while they are changing. It’s important to us that all swimmers and their families feel comfortable and secure during their time with us. We also understand that children can have toilet accidents, especially when potty training. So should this happen in the changing rooms, please let one of us know so we can get it cleaned up and washed away as soon as possible and that nappies are taken home and not left in the bins.

Our swimming lessons operate on an automatic renewal basis. This means that unless you notify us otherwise, your swimmer's place will be automatically renewed for the next term.

If you wish to cancel your place, you must provide written notice at least 3 weeks prior to the end of the current term. Written notice must be provided via email.

Failure to provide the required 3-week written notice will result in a £25 administrative fee, which will be charged to the account holder.

A maximum of two make up lessons per term may be offered, subject to availability, as a gesture of goodwill. This includes lessons missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments. If the available make up options are not suitable, the missed lessons will be considered forfeited.

Due to our tight scheduling and limited pool availability, make up lessons are often not possible. While we understand that illness, holidays, and unforeseen commitments can occur, our instructors commit to being at the pool as scheduled and must be paid accordingly. In addition, pool hire, operational costs, and ongoing business expenses remain payable regardless of attendance. For these reasons, fees are still payable for all missed lessons.
If a lesson is cancelled, we will do our best to offer alternative catch-up option(s) at no extra cost. Please note that if you are unable to attend the available alternatives, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or additional options due to limited pool time.
Water Warriors does not offer refunds for cancelled lessons. Catch-up options will be provided as per the above conditions.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact us via email; waterwarriorsinfo@gmail.com
